Video: 30 Year Old Esab Upgrades to Modern CNC Controller
Description: In this video, there are two ESAB optical shape tracers that are over 30 years old, abandoned and condemned in our client's factory. There are previous attempts of retrofitting with a CNC controller by other suppliers but it did not work out for them. Our clients placed their last hopes on us and we did not dissapoint them. Once the first unit is successfully operating as a CNC flame cutting machine we retrofitted the second optical tracer into a CNC flame cutting machine too! Since 2012 until today, these two machines have been constantly under operation, producing large cutting jobs of pole bases for lamp poles, 4G poles, stadium light poles, and more. Remember to think of us each time when you drive past the road poles everyday!
