Q. Why do I need to DIY myself?
A. We provide complete 20 feet batch powder coating oven, starting from RM100k above. However we want to help our customers to lower their setup costs. We have many clients who opted for DIY and have cover their costs in less than a year.
Q. How to DIY?
A. We will provide instructions and plans on how to DIY. The general steps are roughly here:
Step 1: cut holes for mounting & installation
Step 2: Connect wiring
Step 3: Supply power and gas
Step 4: Powder Coat and put in oven
