TRUSYS CNC is an industrial CNC metal cutting system that is equipped with professional control systems and heavy duty mechanical components to ensure reliability in long production hours. The TRUSYS series by Mach Robotics Malaysia is the result of decades of research and development in bringing professional cutting technology to the Malaysian market.
This TRUSYS CNC is equipped with a CNC-enabled gas/oxy cutter that can cut from 6mm to 75mm mild steel and carbon steel. Up to 4 feet of cutting width and 8 feet cutting length, which is suitable for fabricator that frequently cuts 4' x 8' plates.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING:
This TRUSYS CNC is NOT EQUIPPED with a CNC plasma cutter. The image shown is for reference. If you want a plasma cutter, please inform us the production cutting thickness and we will quote you the CNC cutting machine along with CNC plasma cutter.
COMES WITH STANDALONE CNC CONTROLLER SYSTEM:
This TRUSYS CNC is integrated with a standalone CNC controller system that controls the CNC motion. It contains advanced, industrial grade features such as:
PARAMETRIC PART LIBRARY: There are 40+ parts built into the library, they are all parametric, meaning you can change the parameters of the part such as width, length, hole size, and more.
PART ARRAY NESTING: Any part generated from Parametric Part Library or imported from USB can be horizontally nested or vertically nested in array manner.
RESUME CUT FROM POWER UP: You can pause the cutting operation at the end of the day, and continue next morning. This is very important for production factories producting a lot of parts.
REVERSE PATH SEARCH: You can pause the cutting machine, and search by reverse / forward the cutting path back to where you want to start and resume cut.
STABLE, RELIABLE AND HIGH CONSISTENCY CNC CONTROLLER: This is an industrial grade CNC cutting controller, your operator does not need to worry about the CNC controller going haywire. You can recut any miscuts a hundred times and it is still very stable. A very bulletproof CNC controller that you can trust.
COMES WITH AN ADDITIONAL COMPUTER FOR CAD TO CNC CONVERSION: This TRUSYS CNC is supplied along with a computer pre-installed with a CAM software that allows you to convert DXF / DWG cutting files to CNC cutting files. We use EIA G-Code cutting file.

Upon successful purchase of our TRUSYS CNC, once the machine has been unloaded to your desired work space with all the necessary power and gas requirements fulfilled, this is what we will do:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.WHY USE OXY/GAS CUTTING? If you want to cut thick mild steel with less than 2 degree bevel, oxy/gas cutting is the best choice. There are also plasma cutters than can cut very thick metal, but those plasma cutters will be very expensive, up to 5 digit amounts. Plasma cutting nozzles at such capacities are very expensive, it can go up to RM150 per nozzle, which is not cost effective compared to oxy/gas cutting.
2.WHAT IS THE MOST QUALITY CUTTING NOZZLE? We highly recommend Koike 106D7 LPG gas cutting nozzles, it is the best cutting nozzle available in the market, it can cut faster than other nozzles and can cut less than 2 degree bevel with very little slag. For economical nozzle that cuts slower without compromising quality, we recommend Koike 106HC LPG gas cutting nozzle..
3.WHY USE LPG GAS? LPG Gas is also cooking gas that is used at your home. It is far more affordable than Acetylene, and does not produce black dusty carbons during cutting. The carbon residue can cause nozzle blockage, meaning you have to frequently stop the production to clean the nozzle all the time.
4.I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE OXY/GAS CUTTING, HOW? No worries, we will train you on how to cut with CNC OXY/GAS CUTTING. We will also indicate correct pressures on knobs and gauges so there is a reference for you.
5.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OXY/GAS AND PLASMA CUTTING? Oxy/gas cutting is limited to mild steel and carbon steel, but can cut very thick metals economically with very little bevel. Plasma cutting can cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, but only economical and affordable for less than 6mm cutting. As quality and high definition plasma cutters are mostly manufactured in USA, our currency exchange rate is causing the price of the plasma cutters and their consumables to increase. Therefore we always recommend our customers to go for 0.5mm to 5mm thickness in plasma cutting, and any cutting above that will be oxy/gas cutting. Should you want to cut thicker than 6mm for plasma cutting, please inform us, and we will try our best to work out the cost for a good plasma cutter.
6.IS THE CNC HARD TO USE? Most of our customers use foreign labor to operate our cutting machines, while they use local labor for cutting file preparation. We also provide training to foreign labors from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myammar, Burma, etc. Just ensure that they know some form of English/Malay, and knows how to use computer/smartphone! Our training takes less than 4 hours only! It's a very straight-forward and simplified procedure. We also provide operation manuals just in case your operator does not remember how to use.

CUSTOMER PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS (These are the things you need to prepare)
POWER SUPPLY: 3 Phase 415VAC, Min. 20A
OXY GASES: Min 14kg LPG (Cooking Gas) and 99.9% Oxygen Gas with Pressure Regulator
WORKSPACE: Minimum 3 feet more than the machine dimension, of course the larger the better.
MACHINE OPERATOR: Any person with basic computer/smartphone understanding and English/Malay language, is sufficient for operating our CNC machine.
GROUNDING: 10 feet copper rod grounded to earth, after grounding measure ground resistance to machine body is less than 5 ohms.
